Thatcher's parents are traveling the world, so he has to spend his summer with his crazy Uncle Griswald, helping out (and living in) the boardwalk museum of curiosities and freaky things -- you know, pickled mermaids, dried puffer fish, a pickled octopus wearing sneakers. Just as he starts to settle into a routine of dusting shrunken heads and eating spray cheese for dinner, Thatcher meets the fantastic Trudy (Batman to his Robin, even though he'd rather not be Robin).  When they discover that a sinister sea witch is threatening the town and the people of Atlantis who live in their waters, you really dive into the action!  I loved the humor, the over-the-top adventure, and the hilarious voice of Thatcher. ~Tegan
