The scene is Ireland, the cast of characters are quirky, love sick, somewhat crazy and totally engaging. It is a combination of a romantic tale and very funny comedy. Aaron Mc Cloud has left New York to soothe his heart ache after the woman who he thought was his girl friend dumps him.  He thinks he will find the peace and quiet at his Aunt Kitty’s home which is on the shores of County Kerry in western Ireland.  As it turns out, a pig stirs up trouble almost immediately and that is when all the fun starts. The pig even has a personality that is somewhat cute and charming. There is a bit of mystery thrown in as well just to keep you guessing. This is one of those light hearted, laugh out loud books that we all like to have on our book shelf to read and recommend for those times we don’t want to read dark and tragic or too deep. I am really looking forward to reading the next two in the series. The Pig Comes to Dinner and The Pig Goes To Hog Heaven.  ~Cindy
